Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How You'll Make An Impact In This RolePrepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.Observe patient during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Monitor protocols and recommends updates or refinements as warranted.Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.One or more of the following required:Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. NMTCB(CT) Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
