About the role As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective areas and managing day-to-day operations to meet required levels of production. We will count on you to coordinate inbound and outbound product movements within the distribution center and ensure that client orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Along the way, you will get to: Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools to ensure key issues are communicated to teammates and management. Provide support in organizing and facilitating department or company meetings. Assume the manager's role during the manager's absence.
