Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatrics

The role involves evaluating, planning, and providing speech, language, cognition, and swallowing therapy for pediatric patients in accordance with ASHA standards and clinical guidelines. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting therapy evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge planning for a full caseload. Providing patient and caregiver education, documentation, billing, scheduling, and administrative duties. Communicating professionally and supervising support staff, while adhering to organizational policies and ethics. Participating in staff education, committees, onboarding, and mentoring; may serve as a clinical instructor. Flexing to other departments based on patient needs when schedule permits. Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in speech and language pathology from an accredited program. Current state registration/license to practice speech-language pathology. Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership abilities. This position typically involves day shifts, with a weekend on-call rotation approximately every 4–6 weeks.
