Mortgage Branch Engagement & Education Specialist
M&T Bank
M&T Bank is looking for a Retail Mortgage Business Development Specialist to work closely with Retail Bank branches in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on expanding residential mortgage opportunities by educating and coaching branch staff to identify potential customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a retail mortgage loan officer and strong influencing skills.
