Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview Support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and optimize operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals. Work with the retail team to create an extraordinary customer experience with AT&T products and services. Key Responsibilities Assist with merchandising and product launches. Help meet and exceed sales objectives. Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. Coach and develop a retail sales team to achieve sales and service goals. Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store. Champion change and inspire the team through high performance and teamwork. Qualifications Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry. Prior management experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Well‑developed planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems. Strategic perspective and ability to champion change. Professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $57,000–$85,600 annually.
