The Role

This is an opportunity to join a high-caliber engineering team where you will build and ship end-to-end product experiences across the stack.

You will own features from initial problem definition through implementation and production, working on real customer problems rather than narrowly scoped engineering tickets. As the engineering organization grows, you will also help establish the technical patterns, development practices, and quality standards that support the next phase of the business.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with strong technical fundamentals, high learning velocity, and an entrepreneurial mindset who wants substantial responsibility rather than a narrowly defined remit.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship high-quality product features across the full stack.
• Take new functionality from concept through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Develop end-to-end workflows that solve meaningful problems for real-world users.
• Contribute to new products and features as the technical roadmap evolves.
• Work closely with users and customer-facing teams to understand pain points and translate them into effective software.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions while maintaining a high standard for code quality and maintainability.
• Help establish engineering patterns and practices that can support a growing organization.
• Work effectively in an environment with significant autonomy, ambiguity, and a fast pace of execution.
• Continuously expand your own technical scope as the company and product become more complex.
• Contribute to identifying and attracting future engineering talent as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 0-3 years of professional software engineering experience , or equivalent evidence of exceptional technical ability.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build production-quality applications.
• Experience working across multiple layers of a modern software stack.
• A track record of learning quickly and taking ownership beyond narrowly assigned tasks.
• Strong product judgment and an interest in understanding the underlying customer problem, not simply implementing specifications.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and requirements may evolve.
• High standards for technical quality while remaining pragmatic about shipping and iteration.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to give and receive direct, frequent feedback.
• Strong empathy for users who may not come from technical backgrounds.
• Entrepreneurial drive and an interest in taking on increasing responsibility as the organization scales.

Experience with some of the technologies and patterns used across the engineering environment, including:

• TypeScript

• AWS
• Modern monorepo and TypeScript tooling
• GitHub Actions and automated CI/CD workflows
• Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Modern cloud deployment and infrastructure tooling

Experience across every technology listed above is not required.
