Job Title: Warehouse Assembly and Packing Associate

Job Description

This role focuses on assembling, packing, and shipping products in a warehouse environment. You will work as part of a small, collaborative team to ensure orders are accurately prepared, securely packaged, and efficiently dispatched, while consistently following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards.

• Make and prepare boxes and other packaging materials for outgoing shipments.

• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.

• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, staging, and organizing items for carrier pickup.

• Handle materials throughout the warehouse, including loading, unloading, and moving products as needed.

• Lift and carry items weighing 50–60 lbs on a regular basis while following proper lifting techniques.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the warehouse.

• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with a team of approximately 10 colleagues to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Essential Skills

• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.

• 2–3 years of assembly experience.

• Proficiency in packing and material handling in a warehouse setting.

• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–60 lbs safely.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct assembly, packing, and shipment of products.

• Reliability and consistency in meeting daily production and shipping targets.

Work Environment

You will work in a warehouse setting on a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. alongside a team of about 10 people. The environment is hands-on and active, with regular lifting and material handling. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and long sleeves to support safety and comfort while performing physical tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
