Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and are proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work each day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends‑first mindset. (What’s the AEO Selling Model? Don’t worry – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!) You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and excited to make product suggestions that fit their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can adapt to any zone in the store – sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom – and flex between them as needed. You are an innovative problem‑solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You are a team player, always willing to assist your colleagues in getting the job done. You demonstrate integrity by doing the right thing and always following AEO’s policies and procedures.

YOU'RE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

You love interacting with people. You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work during guest peak times (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors including experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave, and AEO may provide additional rewards at its discretion.
