Job Description:

As a Server , you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service. You will guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and ensure that every aspect of their visit exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and cocktail offerings
• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and upselling when appropriate
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Maintain awareness of table progress and ensure proper pacing of courses
• Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and attention to detail
• Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with side work and opening/closing duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service (or willingness to learn)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
