Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dedicated pediatric care team in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Important: Family Nurse Practitioners must be fully comfortable providing care to newborns through the full pediatric age range.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Perform physical exams, routine screenings, and well-child visits
• Deliver evidence-based care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Provide clear health education and counseling to patients and families
• Quality, Compliance & Professional Standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and appropriate medical coding
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best-practice standards across the organization

Qualifications:

• Active PNP or FNP license in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably including pediatric care
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric team
