What You Can Expect to Do Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency Maintain daily drilling reports Ensure equipment is in safe working condition and conduct routine and preventative maintenance, as needed Lead a drilling crew by training and mentoring employees and maintaining a safe environment Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of MSDS, CEU’s and JSA’s Approve employee timesheets Complete well logs, logbook, repair orders, tailgates, and driver vehicle inspection reports Promote positive and professional relationships with team members and clients Maintain all required certifications Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds Complete other duties and projects as assigned What We Require CDL Class A and state driller license preferred 3+ years’ experience in the drilling industry, with at least one year operating a variety of rigs (sonic, rotary, auger) Negative drug test Satisfactory results of a background check (and authorization to conduct a routine background check) – offenses will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis Valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside and satisfactory results of an MVR Obtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT medical card and meeting all FMCSA requirements to operate a commercial motor vehicle Passing a HAZWOPER physical Verifying legal right to work in the United States under the IRCA Respiratory protection required if specified by a site‑specific health and safety plan or when air monitoring indicates potential exposure levels Cascade Environmental, LLC, and our subsidiaries is an Equal Opportunity employer.
