About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Technical Account Management to lead the post-sale technical engagement model. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and scaling the technical account management team, defining and implementing processes that ensure the most important customers receive full and measurable value. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with strategic accounts, from technical to executive levels, and in being the senior technical escalation point for complex issues. The VP will also be the customer advocate within the company, influencing product development based on real customer needs and driving the adoption of AI-driven security workflows. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, with at least 5 years in a management position within B2B SaaS. A background in cybersecurity, particularly with SIEM or security analytics platforms, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in large enterprise environments, strong cloud fundamentals, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a high-growth startup and a background in security operations or related technical roles are highly valued. The VP will be expected to travel to customer sites and be actively involved in key engagements, with a focus on ensuring customer success and driving the company's growth in the cybersecurity space.
