This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, driving a strong safety culture, and advancing sustainability efforts across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute site-wide safety and environmental programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Drive continuous improvement through data and metrics
• Manage environmental programs including waste reduction initiatives
• Deliver safety training and build employee awareness
• Partner with operations to embed safety into daily processes
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies

Qualifications

Responsible for leading, developing, and implementing Environmental, Health & Safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Develop and execute site EHS strategy
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations
• Lead environmental management and sustainability initiatives
• Implement safety programs and lead incident investigations
