Travel Pharmacy Medication Reconciliation Technician: Lodi, CA

Location: Lodi, CA

Setting: Hospital / Acute Care

Assignment Length: 13 weeks, with option to extend

Shift: 8-hour shift

Schedule: Variable/early shift; starts around 6:00 AM

Travel Pay

$2,247.72 - $2,497.46 weekly

Job Summary

Collect and document accurate patient medication histories, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to pharmacists and clinical team members. This role requires strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Job Qualifications

· Current California Pharmacy Technician registration/license as required.

· Recent pharmacy technician or medication reconciliation experience preferred.

· Knowledge of medication names, strengths, dosage forms, and common pharmacy terminology.

· Strong interviewing, data-entry, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

· Ability to work early and variable shifts.

Key Responsibilities

· Obtain medication histories from patients, caregivers, records, and other available sources.

· Document medication information accurately in the electronic health record.

· Identify and communicate medication discrepancies.

· Follow confidentiality, quality, and medication-safety standards.
