Description Location: UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital - Highlands Ranch, CO Department: HRH RT Work Schedule: Part Time, 48.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour (dependent on relevant experience) This position is onsite; hybrid or remote options are not available. Summary Coordinates the care of patients with chronic respiratory disease. Responsibilities Coordinate patient assessment and care, including collaborative care, case management, education, and discharge. Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to manage/review patient care and treatment protocols, policies, and procedures. Serve as a resource to staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development. Assist with development of educational materials for patients; organize and facilitate support groups for patients and families. Use critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). State licensure. 2 years of respiratory therapy experience. BLS or CPR (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) valid at start and good for 60 days after hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). PALS Certification.
