What You'll Be Doing Presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients Discussing insurance, financing, and payment options Coordinating treatment schedules and maintaining production goals Following up with unscheduled treatment and overdue patients Supporting communication between clinical and front office teams Creating a warm, positive patient experience from first contact through treatment completion Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation What We're Looking For Warm, confident, and professional Organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people Comfortable discussing finances and the value of treatment Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude This office is equipped with: iTero Scanner Digital X-rays Intraoral Cameras Open Dental Software 3D Printing Technology Modern patient communication systems If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a positive team and a practice that genuinely values both its patients and employees, we'd love to connect with you!
