Qualifications & Experience:

• Holds a current Speech-Language Pathologist license and certification
• Experience supporting student populations from elementary through high school
• Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Skilled in conducting assessments and developing individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Design and implement targeted intervention and therapy programs
• Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Support school-wide initiatives related to speech and language development
