Registered Nurse - NICU

Role Overview This position involves providing specialized neonatal care in the NICU, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts, and assessing discharge needs. Responsibilities Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions. Coordinate care efforts across healthcare disciplines for seamless patient management. Follow physician and nursing orders accurately. Assess and plan for patient discharge in collaboration with the healthcare team. Qualifications and Skills Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or valid multi-state license. Neonatal Resuscitation certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics. S.T.A.B.L.E Program certification within six months of hire. BLS Provider certification within one month of employment.
