Marketing Project Coordinator (contract)

Remote Contract (4 months 26 days) Published 8 days ago Job Summary Responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycle of low‑complexity marketing campaigns—often email‑only—by providing project management and executional support under the direction of a lead. Primary Duties Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget. Executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives and goals. Supports strategy and coordinates planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle. Develops functional specifications and requirement documents. Develops and manages project timelines. Collaborates with a small group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met. Requirements BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Additional Information Experience with Workfront is required. Experience working across Marketing teams, such as Creative, Email, SMS, GTM, Social, Print, etc. Hours: 9‑5 EST; contractors may be required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week.
