Incredible Mo’s is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our team. While many Northern Michigan restaurants slow down after summer, our busy season is just getting started.
Our bowling leagues keep the lanes full Monday through Thursday, with open bowling, birthday parties, corporate parties, group events and strong weekend business creating plenty of opportunities throughout the week.
What You’ll Do- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve guests in our restaurant, bowling lanes and group events
- Check in regularly and anticipate guest needs
- Process checks and payments accurately
- Tend to corporate parties, banquets and group events (these pre-sold events can offer significant gratuity opportunities due to their size)
- Keep tables and service areas clean and organized
- Work closely with our kitchen, bar and entertainment teams
- Help create the fun atmosphere Incredible Mo’s is known for
Serving experience is a plus, but it’s not required. If you’re dependable, outgoing and comfortable working with people, we can teach you the rest.
A Great Northern Michigan Serving OpportunityOur strongest business runs through the fall, winter and early spring — exactly when many seasonal restaurants are slowing down.
And when our business begins to slow in the spring, there may be opportunities to pick up shifts at our downtown Traverse City sister restaurants, Pangea’s Pizza — currently undergoing a major remodel — and Loco Boys Brewing Company.
