Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Full‑time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in North Scottsdale. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapy services, following treatment plans and delivering interventions tailored to individual patient needs. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients to determine their therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans and set appropriate goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license as required by state law, along with relevant certifications and clinical experience in a skilled nursing setting.
