Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a home health position. This role involves providing quality nursing care to patients within their home environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care and evaluate patients' needs.
- Conduct patient assessments including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care and relevant information accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to ensure quality patient care.
- Utilize OASIS documentation for home health assessments.
Shift and Schedule
This position requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, operating from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Travel between Adams and Franklin Counties may be needed.
Holiday and Weekend Requirements
Traveling nurses are expected to work during major holidays, with specific requirements for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Additionally, there is a weekend rotation of every 4th weekend.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Must hold an ASN or BSN degree.
- Current BLS certification required.
- OASIS experience is mandatory.
