Part-Time receptionist required for a medical office

Hours:

Monday 12:00pm to 4:30/5:00pm

Tuesday 12:30pm to 5:00/5:30pm

Thursday 12:00pm to 4:30/5:00pm

Friday 12:00pm to 4:30pm

Experience not required - will train

Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Data entry

Check patients in

Put patients in the exam room

Set up appointments for office visits and outpatient procedures

Scanning

Preferred Skills:

Computer proficient

Detail oriented

Ability go multitask

Ability to work well with others

Time management
