Head of Operations AfterQuery is hiring a Head of Operations to own the delivery of high-quality human data to frontier AI labs. In this role, you will build the organizational structure needed to scale our operations, managing internal teams and structuring projects with potentially thousands of contractors. You will develop key operational metrics, partner with engineering to ensure our data production engine, and be responsible for data delivery at AfterQuery. This is a high-leverage position for a leader ready to scale the operational backbone of a fast-growing human data company. Data Delivery: Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality data to the frontier labs. Operational Health: Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor and scale internal operations. Scale Management: Structure projects involving potentially thousands of contractors creating human data points. Engineering Collaboration: Work with engineering to iterate on an operational structure that guarantees high-quality data production. Quality Control: Track data annotator progress, reviewer statistics, and other quality metrics to ensure excellence. Required Qualifications 5+ years of operations experience, with at least 1 year in senior leadership roles at human data companies or operationally hairy companies Proven track record of scaling operations through rapid growth Exceptional project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results on tight timelines Comfort building systems and processes from scratch in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
