Recruiting Coordinator / Junior Recruiter Location: Onsite – Jacksonville, FL (Downtown) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $24/hour Employment Type: Contract-to-Perm Position Overview A large, growing logistics and operations organization is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and a combination of administrative support, hourly labor roles, and can flex up into manager level positions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate communication, coordination, and fast-paced recruiting environments, and who has experience working with non-desk, hourly populations. The role will focus on keeping candidates moving through a multi-step hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR team members onsite. Key Responsibilities Review and screen applications for hourly, non-exempt roles Conduct initial phone outreach and candidate vetting Coordinate and schedule interviews with operations leaders Manage high-touch candidate follow-up and communications Support hiring events and group interviews as needed Coordinate assessments and next-step requirements for candidates Track candidate progress and ensure timely completion of required steps Follow up on background checks, forms, and hiring documentation Partner with internal HR and recruiting teams to maintain hiring flow Note: This role focuses on coordination and candidate management rather than full-cycle recruiting.
