Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Oklahoma physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Clinical experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
