Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, deliver therapy, collaborate with peers, refer patients for additional care, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
