We work closely with our customers and distribution partners to provide responsive service, thoughtful risk solutions, and the confidence to navigate complex business challenges.What you will do:Citrix Solution Design and ImplementationProvide solutions to business problems using CVAD and DaaS architecturesPublishes applications using the Management Console Design solutions involving CVAD and DaaS technology Interface with networking personnel to implement, support and troubleshoot CVAD and DaaS perimeter architectures.Installing and configuring Storefront Maintain up-to-date documentation of all phases of Citrix implementationStay current with emerging technologies including XENServer, VMWare, VDI and application virtualization Builds Citrix Servers in both physical and virtual environmentsSupport and Maintain Global Citrix Environment - 24/7 Monitor the environment using Director and other native, including 3rd party utilities.Works with other IT departments to troubleshoot application issuesResolves performance issuesResolves ICA client/VDA issues Performs Software and HW upgradesMaintains OS/3rd Party apps Patch LevelsProvides Server Support and ImplementationProvides Server Support and Implementation Performs server OS builds Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IP IssuesWhat you will bring to C&F:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or relevant certificationsMinimum of 5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years focused on Citrix technologiesIn-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and DesktopsExperience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, Director, Studio, and Citrix Profile ManagementStrong understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentalsFamiliarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred)Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning for Citrix environmentsKnowledge of cloud-based Citrix deployments (Azure, AWS) is a plusWhat C&F will bring to youCompetitive compensation packageGenerous 401K employer matchEmployee Stock Purchase plan with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time OffExcellent benefits that go beyond health, dental & vision. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $100,700 to a maximum of $140,000. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
