Contract Negotiator

Recruiting and developing a network of healthcare providers, the full-time remote Contract Negotiator will manage the execution of network participation agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate and state guidelines. Key responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts for physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers to secure accurate and complete contracts Facilitate provider setup and contract configuration to ensure proper claims adjudication Coordinate with internal departments and providers to maintain contract compliance and update the provider database Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations in a healthcare setting Familiarity with State and/or Federal healthcare programs, such as Medicaid or Medicare Experience negotiating with large health systems and service level agreements is preferred Knowledge of code-level payment methodologies is helpful, though not required
