- HEPIC
- Client DL380 Gen10 Skill set (required to support)
- Ribbon Session Border Controller
- VoIP
- Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
- Wireshark
- Linux (RHEL8)
- Basic Networking
- Unix/Linux Basics and Commands
