PRN Registered Dietitian

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in a rehab hospital setting. This is a PRN position with flexible hours based on facility needs and coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
• Identify and monitor patients at nutritional risk
• Provide nutrition education and counseling as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Onsite visits

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
• Tennessee and Georgia licensure preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
• Previous hospital or clinical nutrition experience preferred, but not required
