Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 to $17.00, dependent on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Work up to 38 hours per week. Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
