Central Services Coordinator (Part Time, Los Angeles)

Job Title

Your Mission

Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all PUMA employees, business guests, and visitors. You will serve as a connector, helping occupants navigate the building and understand resources. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing front desk operations, including visitor registration and guest check-ins.
• Overseeing employee and visitor access card programs.
• Triaging tickets in the ticketing system.
• Ensuring the building is clean, safe, and in working order each day.
• Working closely with Building Management teams for day-to-day issues.
• Supporting general office announcements and reminders using internal channels and platforms.
• Processing all Central Services related invoices.
• Acting as a point of contact for any facility-related concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supporting department and company-wide events, meetings, and trainings with set up, take down, and furniture coordination.
• Ordering and maintaining core office supplies including facilities-related items and kitchen items.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving tasks as needed, including daily delivery of office mail and packages.

Your Talent

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or workplace support roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to create welcoming, positive experiences for employees, guests, and visitors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Comfortable supporting in-person workplace operations and acting as a first point of contact in an office setting.
• Availability for an on-site role, MondayThursday, 7:30 AM12:30 PM.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $20.58 - $27.37.
