Senior Data Governance Manager

To support the scaling of Data and Analytics capabilities, the full-time Senior Data Governance Manager will manage the rollout of a new Data Governance operating model, oversee data lifecycle management, and foster a data-centric culture while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Support the adoption of a Data Governance operating model by engaging and educating the Data Stewardship community Manage the data lifecycle to ensure integrity, security, and compliance while resolving data-related issues with data owners Lead data governance initiatives and develop training programs to enhance data literacy across the organization Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in data management and governance, preferably in a SaaS environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks in large organizations Strong knowledge of data governance practices and associated tools and technologies Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
