Exceptional reconciliation and analytical skills.Advanced to Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, index match and v-lookupsExperience with Great Plains, or similar general ledger platform preferredCPA licenses preferredA Day in the Life of a Senior Accountant:Provide services and support for the following areas:Perform the monthly financial closing processes including journal entry preparationMaintain and administer accounts receivable records and files among several third-party billing entitiesPerform & maintain month-end reconciliationsPerform multi-location financial analysis against budget/forecast & full cycle accountingCollaborate with Revenue Analytics Manager to review rate trends, make recommendations on AR valuation, track cash collections, and monitor against accrual ratesPrepare PBCs and support the financial statement auditMaintain AR aging and metrics reports, including reserve rates and days sales outstandingAbility to investigate and resolve any irregularities with billersEvaluate and recommends solutions for continuous improvement pertaining to level of AR responsibilityPrepare ad hoc financial reports to summarize AR metrics for management to use in the evaluation of accounts receivable performanceWhy Solis Mammography?A Great Place to Work for multiple years in a row!Offer competitive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays, Backup Child/Adult Care as well as other unique benefits.At Solis Mammography, we save lives.
