Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses, develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring thorough documentation of treatment sessions, including ongoing diagnosis updates and case notes in adherence to company policy.
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to our mission of bridging gaps in community mental health access.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to empower clients to achieve and surpass their mental health goals.
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, other healthcare providers, and educational staff to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Prepare and submit detailed session notes and treatment documentation in alignment with organizational protocols, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on providing therapy services to a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through personal hardships, fostering resilience, and helping them navigate their paths to recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Possess a current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear interactions with clients and team members.
• Show a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and a welcoming demeanor with clients from various backgrounds.
• Pass a background check as per organizational requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in family therapy and knowledge of community mental health resources are highly desirable.
• A history of providing mental health documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families looking for support and guidance.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a competitive and customizable compensation package that includes:
