Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide support to students with high support needs by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. You will deliver 1:1 therapy, monitor and document progress, assist with skill development, and support students during behavioral challenges. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff to create a structured and supportive learning environment while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with the Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans Data Collection & Documentation Skill Acquisition Crisis Management Supervision and Training Support in the Classroom Ethical and Professional Conduct Perform other duties as assigned Our school offers an educational program serving students from 5‑22 years old (elementary, middle and high school classes) who have special needs associated with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM (22.5 hours/week) Requirement/Qualifications Maintain active BACB certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board‑Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. Experience assisting special needs individuals (Socially Emotional Disturbance (S.E.D.) and/or Behavioral Challenges); 1 year preferred. Satisfactorily pass a background fingerprinting clearance from DOJ/FBI Community Care Licensing/Dept. of Social Services. Satisfactorily complete a physical & TB screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
