Corporate Communications Manager

Seeking a Corporate Communications Manager focused on Employee Experience, this full-time position based in Stillwater, MN requires a local candidate to work onsite 1 to 2 days per week with hybrid flexibility, responsible for managing employee feedback mechanisms, developing strategic internal communications, and building a culture of recognition within the organization. Key responsibilities Own the administration of employee feedback mechanisms and translate data into actionable insights for leadership Partner with executive leadership to design clear change-management communications and maintain feedback loops between staff and leadership Design and manage recognition frameworks and oversee high-impact cultural events to align internal initiatives with the employer brand Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or public relations Demonstrated ability to analyze engagement data and present insights to executive audiences Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to coach operational leaders Experience designing repeatable processes and managing cross-functional roadmaps
