About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and leading the development and execution of the company's financial and strategic plans. This includes overseeing all financial functions such as treasury, corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, cash management, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the corporate budgeting process, capital planning, and guiding financial decisions. Additionally, the CFO will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, lead risk modeling, and provide insights to the ALCO Committee. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in the financial services industry. The role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial management, including experience in product and service evaluation, pricing strategy, and financial risk monitoring. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of the financial services sector and the ability to provide strategic financial leadership. The position demands a candidate who is adept at financial analysis, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively with the executive team to support the company's mission of serving its members and the community.
