PRACTICE MANAGER

Job Overview Jordan Health is now seeking a Practice Manager (PM) who, under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, is primarily responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and management of Anthony L. Jordan Health’s Holland Street Adult Medicine and Urgent Care Center. This role is accountable for the operational, clinical, and performance management of services delivered within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment. The PM supervises clinical support staff and works collaboratively with providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with the mission of Anthony L. Jordan Health Corporation. Requirements Jordan Health patients receive high quality, consistent, competent, patient-centered care. Efficient clinic operations are met. They develop high-performing staff. Financial and regulatory goals are achieved. Population health goals are advanced. Education & Experience Required Minimum two years of management experience. Clinical experience with Family Medicine/Behavioral Health preferred. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent allied health field with experience as a manager/supervisor. Excellent computer skills a must, preferably with an electronic health record. Licenses & Certifications Required Valid NYS RN License with no negative actions. Current provider BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association. Infection Control Certificate. NYS RN Registration Certificate. Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
