iSmash is seeking a new Backroom Team Member for our Wake Forest Location!
We are a fresh and exciting entertainment facility here at The Factory, located in Wake Forest, NC . Come and Join the Smash Crew at the Raleigh Area's premier Rage Room and Splatter Paint experience !
A fantastic workout and stress relief combo, rage rooms are one of the best new concepts around. We are rapidly expanding our operation and are looking for you to grow with us!
We are looking for someone to work in our smash backroom:
Our ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with management on immediate tasks, is a self-starter who can prioritize needs and work independently without constant direction, and is willing to work at an efficient pace to prepare our smash areas for customers
- The job does require heavy lifting , including glass-filled totes up to forty pounds.
- This is a physical role , and the ability to complete cleaning and preparation tasks is required.
- Independence and Reliability are critical to our backroom workflow.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Weekend availability, particularly Saturday and Sunday , is a requirement of this position. Open availability is preferred.
A High School Diploma or equivalent educational level is required.
Cash Handling experience preferred.
Beer and Wine sales are an aspect of this position.
