What You'll Do Design, develop, and improve surface wellhead products and pressure control equipment. Support new product development from concept through design validation and commercialization. Create engineering drawings, models, calculations, and technical documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, operations, and field teams to deliver innovative solutions. Support customer-specific engineering requirements and product enhancements. Participate in design reviews, testing, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and engineering best practices. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline. Experience designing surface wellhead, pressure control, or related oilfield equipment. Strong proficiency with SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or similar 3D CAD software. Understanding of API 6A and pressure-containing equipment preferred. Experience with product development, mechanical design, FEA, GD&T, engineering calculations, or testing is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams. Self-motivated engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
