Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare speech-language settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to effectively manage leave of absence coverage and elementary-aged caseloads

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for elementary students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize in-person and/or teletherapy approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with school and district requirements
• Support a positive learning environment that encourages student growth and empowerment
