Duties And Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to company standards Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Accurately take orders and handle cash or POS transactions Support team operations to ensure smooth and timely service Stay knowledgeable on menu items and provide recommendations to guests
