Dental Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator

About the Role: Mor Smiles in Lititz, PA is looking for a motivated and personable Dental Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team! In this dynamic hybrid role, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice while also guiding patients through their treatment journey with confidence and care. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, managing front desk operations with a warm and professional demeanor Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage the daily patient flow Present treatment plans to patients, clearly explaining procedures, costs, and financing options Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries Collect and post patient payments, including co-pays and outstanding balances Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information in practice management software Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans to encourage case acceptance Coordinate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience from check-in to checkout Requirements: Prior dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience strongly preferred Prior experience with Dentrix software strongly preferred Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, or similar) Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing Strong communication and patient relations skills Ability to present and explain treatment plans with confidence and empathy Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset About Us: Mor Smiles is a patient-centered dental practice located in the heart of Lititz, PA, dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
