Production Associates Wanted for a great company located in the Grand Ledge, Mi area!

Pay Range: $17.27/hour
Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Client is hiring for Production Associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly contribute to producing high-quality fiberglass components. Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will:

File, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.
Identify and correct major and minor blemishes on molded parts.
Examine and feel the surface of fiberglass to detect defects.
Make repairs to molded parts using pin router, sander, offset, and air nozzles.
Move parts to the paint operation for primer, paint, and bake.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing as a skilled Production Associate - Finisher to maintain high-quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience in auto finishing a plus
Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds periodically.
Prior fiberglass and finish work recommended.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend and twist repeatedly
Comfortable with repetitive and non-repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Exhibits a respectful, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
