What You’ll Do: Pre‑Construction & Project Management Support Superintendents in all phases—from pre‑construction through closeout Assist with schedule development and updating using MS Project Help manage subcontractor bids, prequalifications, and scopes Coordinate permits and compliance with bond and insurance requirements Attend pre‑construction meetings and support jobsite setup activities Support document reviews, shop drawing approvals, and specification compliance Project Operations Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications Participate in regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy Help manage the material delivery schedule and submittal approval timelines Assist with project closeout, punch list coordination, and warranty documentation Attend weekly owner and subcontractor meetings—take minutes and follow up on action items Communicate proactively with field teams, clients, and vendors Build positive relationships with project stakeholders through professionalism and trust Act as a problem‑solver alongside PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction Familiarity with project scheduling and construction documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMiC or Viewpoint a plus Strong organizational and communication skills A detail‑oriented mindset and collaborative spirit You’ll Be Able To: Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
