Surgery Tech position supporting surgical team and surgical services. Involves maintaining sterile field, environmental safety, and knowledge of surgical and sterile processing. Experience required in surgeries support, life support situations related to surgical care, sterile field management, sterilization processes, and supervision within surgical services (ORT scope). Job Requirements

2 years of Surgical Tech experience required. 1 year Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) scrubbing experience required. Must have at least 1 year of cardiovascular (CV) experience as a Surgical Tech. Preferred: 1 year clinical experience in an accredited hospital. Schedule Information

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 20:30 to 07:00 (night shift). Ability to work nights and/or weekends is required for identified positions. Regular attendance during scheduled business hours or shifts is required. Unit Specific Information

Experience and skills related to Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). Experience in surgical services and sterile field management within Operating Room Technology (ORT) scope. Additional Details

Demonstrates ability to maintain sterile field and ensure environmental safety. Knowledge of surgical services and sterile processing. Ability to recognize and address sharps and fire safety processes. Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations. Experience in supervision within surgical services (ORT scope).
