Network AnalystThe Network Analyst role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house desktop and servers that support core organizational functions.This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked devices, software and associated operating systems.The Network Analyst will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.Provide escalation support for all desktop, network, and server related issues and backfill desktop support when necessary.Act as a liaison between the Desktop Support Team and the Server, Network, Applications and, Security Teams.Support Single-Sign on infrastructure and troubleshoot SSO issues.Participate in Systems and Network Support On-Call Rotation/ResolutionTracks, prioritizes and documents IT requestsMaintains working knowledge of current equipmentDiagnoses software and hardware problems relating to the desktop and networking environmentIdentifies problems and repairs printers, desktops and peripheralsInterfaces with IS and vendors to resolve issues onsiteEducates end users on technologyKeeps up-to-date on industry trends and continuously enhances professional expertise and knowledgeLeaves calling card or note when servicing customer equipment in their absenceEscalates to desktop manager repeat customer problems, and patterns that are observed in order to analyze trends and address the core problemOther duties as assignedMinimum of 2 years' experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.Strong analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills required.Customer focus and positive, can-do approach is critical.High School Graduate/GED RequiredAssociates/Bachelors PreferredMCSE, MCSA, CCENT, CCNA or equivalent work experience PreferredUSD $34.00USD $56.00
