Candidate Profile Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology. Open to both experienced physicians and recent fellowship graduates. A focus on specific cancer disease states is preferred to align with our disease-oriented team model. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
